White Wave, Inc., Boulder, CO, makers of the Silk® soymilk brand, has unveiled a soy-based version of eggnog. Silk Nog is an egg-less, dairy-free beverage that mimics the tasted and texture of eggnog, without mimicking the calories and cholesterol. According to the company, a four-ounce glass of eggnog carries a­round 12 grams of fat and 230 calories, while Silk Nog contains two grams of fat and 90 calories.
